For the renovation of the SAMER farmhouse at Rungg, which dates back to the 14th century and is under monument protection, we relied on the company Lobis. The partner always in pole-position. We decided to replace the old structure of the hotel with a completely new building. Now we are delighted to offer an increased number of fully modernized rooms. Nevertheless, through the use of wood, metal and glass, the traditional character remained. Total satisfaction. After completion of the work, I can say out of conviction that Lobis does not lack anything, starting with a very professional consultation. Right from the start, we received a short instruction into the various possibilities of cold and warm floors. We immediately felt at ease in the beautifully arranged showrooms. The employees answered to all our desires. We even received some samples, which our children and our dog tortured and put to a hard test. Thenceforward, it was clear that we would choose the beautiful and high-quality floors of Lobis. The local staff kept every appointment and met every deadline. The atmosphere between client, foremen and floorer on the construction side has always been friendly and professional. With regard to the quality of the wooden floors I must say that I am very astonished especially because of the broad selection. Despite I was afraid of laying parquet floors in the kitchen; dining area and the bathroom, it proofed to be the right choice. The wooden floors are easy to clean, do not absorb liquids such as wine or coffee and feel just amazing – especially when walking barefoot. Our terrace tiles, which have been laid floatingly, are easy to replace and do not necessarily require a specialist. This laying procedure has the advantage of draining rainwater, since it passes between the tiles. Moreover, there is no joint adhesive necessary. "Total satisfaction – no further words needed."

Even very complicated tasks such as the laying of large format tiles (3 m) were executed so wonderfully that all our visitor refuse to believe that these are real tiles. The tiler has worked very professionally. Indeed, we were also very pleased with the selection and installation of the wooden floors as well as pleasantly surprised by how easy to clean Lobis floors actually are. With regard to the outdoor area, Lobis provided high-quality advice and did a neat work. We can only recommend Lobis and thank all employees once again for a job very well done.

The reconstruction of our hotel was realized in only 88 days. Ten planning offices and over 40 perfectly organized companies were involved in this process.
